Postage
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of an order being placed which will usually arrive within 2 to 3 days.
All local orders to postcodes DD1 to DD7 are FREE and delivered by foot or bicycle as we are passionate about keeping our carbon emissions as low as possible! If your delivery address has an eligible postcode, please select the Local Delivery option at checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees.
Packaging
We aim to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible, and so all of our products are sent in cardboard boxes that have been donated by local businesses. Therefore please don't be surprised if your order turns up in a box that has information for a TV bracket, toaster, data sockets etc!
Any brown paper that is required is recycled and recyclable and the tape we use is paper based and biodegradable.
No plastic is used in any of our packaging.
